Because our offerings are divided between custom digital services and instant digital downloads, please review our policy regarding refunds and returns below.
2. Digital Products (eBooks & Guides)
Due to the inherent nature of downloadable digital products and instant file access, all sales of digital ebooks and guides are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link or file has been accessed or delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and details before completing your purchase.
3. Web Development Services
For custom Shopify or WordPress development projects, refund eligibility is determined based on the project stage and scope of work agreed upon:
- Deposit & Milestone Payments: Project deposits and initial milestone payments are non-refundable once development work, design architecture planning, or code configuration has officially commenced.
- Project Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a project before development work has started, you may request a refund minus any non-recoverable administrative or setup fees.
- Completed Deliverables: Once final deliverables, custom theme sections, or fully configured stores have been handed over or deployed to your live environment, payments are non-refundable. We remain fully committed to resolving bugs or adjusting specifications within our post-delivery support scope.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We take customer satisfaction seriously. If you experience technical issues downloading an ebook, encounter broken file links, or believe an error occurred during your transaction, please contact us immediately. We will review exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis and work diligently to ensure you receive the digital assets you purchased.
